Medical Assistant -

Physician's Office Pay:

$20.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience TriSource is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant for a physician's office in Leesburg, VA. Candidates must also be willing to travel to the Purcellville office as needed. We are open to candidates with varying levels of experience. Pediatric or family medicine experience and vaccine administration experience are preferred, but we will consider motivated candidates who have a strong personality and are eager to learn. Qualifications Medical Assistant training or relevant clinical experience Pediatric or family medicine experience preferred Vaccine administration experience preferred Strong communication and patient-care skills Reliable, adaptable, and willing to learn Responsibilities Provide back-office clinical support Prepare patients and exam rooms Assist providers during exams and procedures Administer vaccines as appropriate Complete clinical documentation Perform other Medical Assistant duties as assigned Schedule Four 10-hour shifts per week, Monday through Friday Hours fall between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM Same weekday off each week, to be determined One weekend morning per month, Saturday or Sunday from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM Pay will be based on relevant experience, including pediatric and vaccine administration experience.
