Job Description
Who We're Looking For We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support the daily clinical and operational flow of our med spa and wellness practice. This role is central to how the entire center functions ,supporting medical providers, estheticians, and front-of-house operations to ensure a seamless, safe, and high-quality client experience. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, and values structure, professionalism, and teamwork. This role requires strong follow-through, respect for protocols, and a mindset of supporting the whole practice. Key Responsibilities Support medical providers during aesthetic and wellness procedures within scope Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies for both medical and esthetic services Assist with patient flow to ensure appointments start on time and run smoothly Support estheticians by maintaining room readiness and clinical support as needed Ensure accurate, timely charting and documentation Lab draws and phlebotomy Uphold all safety, sanitation, and compliance standards Assist with inventory reports and restocking of clinical supplies Support daily clinic flow, including transitions between services Maintain a professional, calm presence for clients and team members Follow established protocols and contribute to consistent practice standards What You Bring Certified or registered Medical Assistant (required) Experience in a clinical, med spa, or wellness environment preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols consistently Professional communication and ability to work collaboratively across roles Reliability, accountability, and a solutions-oriented mindset Comfort working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
