Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our medical staff and ensuring high-quality patient care. This position requires a blend of clinical and administrative skills, making it essential for the smooth operation of our medical facility. Willingness to cross train into multiple roles is required. This role will be expected to be in clinic 730am-4pm with no weekends required. Duties Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked. Document patient histories, vital signs, and other relevant information in electronic health records. Maintain knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical protocols. Support clinic by managing patient flow and assisting with triage. Assist performing Allergy Tests (no previous knowledge required) Willingness to assist/cross train in patient care coordinating as well as procedure technician. Skills Proficient in medical terminology is preferred Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication. Basic life support certification is preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated. $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
