Job Overview:
Ginkgo Gold Acupuncture is a rapidly growing holistic healthcare clinic serving a thriving community. Our mission, "Healing Naturally, Living Healthy," reflects our commitment to helping patients achieve better physical and emotional health through Traditional Chinese Medicine, including acupuncture, herbal medicine, Tui-Na, Gua-Sha, and cupping. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated team member with strong administrative and people skills to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in office administration, management, healthcare, customer service, or other fast-paced professional environments who is interested in a long-term role with a growing clinic.
Responsibilities include:
Managing patient scheduling, phone calls, and day-to-day front office needs Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service New patient intake, check-in, and check-out Maintaining accurate patient and administrative information Helping keep clinic operations organized and running smoothly Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms before and after appointments Supporting acupuncturists and other team members throughout the workday Assisting with additional administrative and clinic responsibilities as needed We are especially interested in candidates who have: Previous administrative, office management, supervisory, or leadership experience Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to take initiative and work independently Confidence handling multiple responsibilities in a busy environment A professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude An interest in holistic health and patient care Previous experience in a healthcare clinic or medical office is a plus, but it is not required. Administrative and management experience from other industries is also highly valued. For candidates interested in Traditional Chinese Medicine as a career, there may also be opportunities to learn more about acupuncture and Chinese medicine while working alongside senior acupuncturists with more than 25 years of experience. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our clinic and become a valued, long-term member of our team.
Job Types:
Part-time, Contract Pay:
$17.50 - $24.80 per hour
