Contract | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and organized Medical Assistant to join a Women's Health and Gynecologic Oncology outpatient clinic. This role is ideal for an MA who is comfortable working with a sensitive, high-needs patient population and enjoys supporting both clinical operations and patient care coordination. MA-C or MA-R candidates are welcome to apply. Schedule Day Shift 5x8-hour shifts per week 8:00 AM

• 4:30 PM No weekend requirement No on-call requirement Float as needed within scope and skill set Responsibilities Room patients and prepare examination and procedure rooms Obtain and document vital signs, including height and weight Collect patient histories within scope of practice Assist with clinic procedures and patient flow Respond to patient inquiries through the patient portal within scope Support care coordination and patient navigation activities Help ensure patients receive required tests, treatments, and follow-up care in a timely manner Work closely with physicians and advanced practice providers Support patients with compassion and professionalism in a sensitive oncology setting Requirements Minimum 6 months of Medical Assistant experience BLS certification required MA-C or MA-R certification/registration required First-time travelers are welcome Experience in an adult outpatient clinic preferred OB/GYN experience preferred Ability to obtain and document accurate vital signs Reliable transportation is required EPIC experience preferred Pay Package Travelers / Stipend Candidates Blended Hourly W2
