Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role involves both clinical and administrative responsibilities, supporting providers and ensuring exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments such as urgent care settings and demonstrates a strong commitment to patient safety and comfort. Key Responsibilities Perform point-of-care lab testing and accurately document results Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and medical history documentation Support providers during examinations and procedures Maintain aseptic technique and adhere to infection control protocols Coordinate patient flow and ensure timely care delivery Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, charting, and follow-ups Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Required Skills & Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential from an accredited program Proficiency in point-of-care lab testing and basic diagnostic procedures Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical protocols Experience in ER, urgent care, or other high-acuity settings preferred Familiarity with aseptic technique and patient care standards Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure Why Join Us?
