Hourly Job Requirement Education/Experience:
Equivalent to graduation from high school and three (3) years of experience performing inpatient coding in an acute care setting.
Licensing/Certification Requirements:
To include one or a combination of the following:
  • Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)
  • Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)
  • Registered Health Information Technician(RHIT)
Pay:
$28.24
  • $43.
78 per hour
Experience:
Medical coding: 1 year (Required) Acute care: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
Certified Coding Specialist (Required) RHIA (Preferred) RHIT (Preferred)
