Job Description

Join a growing, team-based primary care practice in Wasilla, Alaska, delivering whole-person, relationship-centered care. We seek a Board-certified Family Medicine physician who is committed to preventive medicine and improving patient outcomes through collaborative, value-based models. Position highlights Manageable panel with 10-15 patients per day Extended visits (20-60 minutes) to support comprehensive care Collaborative, team-based model with dedicated clinical support and health coaches Emphasis on preventive, value-based, whole-person care Opportunities for clinical leadership within a growing organization Compensation & benefits Competitive salary range: $211,369-$317,053 Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) with pre-tax contributions Employer-sponsored primary care services and health coaching CME support: two weeks paid education leave and $2,500 annual stipend 401(k) with employer match Generous paid time off and paid holidays Employee Assistance Program Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency (Family Medicine preferred; Internal Medicine considered) Current board certification (ABFM, ABIM, or AOA) Minimum three years' primary care experience Current, unrestricted Alaska medical license or ability to obtain one Current DEA registration Negative TB test within 12 months prior to start date Experience in team-based care and familiarity with EMR systems preferred Knowledge of medical coding and documentation, including Medicare Advantage and HCC coding Proficiency with Google Workspace If you are passionate about delivering high-quality, preventive primary care in a supportive team environment, we welcome your application.
