Key Responsibilities Clinical and administrative leadership: oversee both clinical operations and administrative functions to ensure the highest standards of patient care Team leadership: direct and mentor teams of physicians and advanced practice clinicians Advocacy and collaboration: serve as an advocate for patients, peers, and nursing colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration Operational improvement: influence and enhance processes to optimize operational efficiency and improve patient outcomes Abrazo West Campus Level 1 trauma center Annual emergency department volume: 47,000 (12% admission rate) 35 ED beds
