JOB SUMMARY

Program Directors here at Danville Services provide administrative oversight and support to their respective programs to ensure that services delivered to our clients maintain a high quality of life, to have joy, relationships, and celebration in their lives, and to be as independent as possible. Program Directors are expected to meet and/or exceed all standards necessary to remain in compliance with Danville, federal, and state regulations. Program Directors act as a liaison between Danville and all parties involved in clients' lives including, but not limited to, parents, guardians, support coordinators, and medical professionals. They'll be expected to maintain an on-call position to be readily available for staff and house managers as well. We are hoping to find a person who is dedicated to ensuring client care and providing great support to our team!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent 2-4 years' experience in the field of intellectual/developmental disabilities, 2 years supervisory experience preferred Quality assurance and employee training experience preferred Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license, and an insurable driving record with 3 years of driving history Required to pass the AZ Central Registry background check upon hire Able to obtain AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Must pass E-Verify verification upon hire Ability to lift 50 pounds

Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Quicken Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English Good interpersonal communication skills Ability to resolve multiple complex issues simultaneously while remaining calm in stressful situations Good organization skills Ability to work under strict deadlines HjVAdypLD1
