Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Lancaster / Palmdale / Antelope Valley, California PACC Mental Health Services is seeking a collaborative, family-centered BCBA or BCaBA to provide ABA services to clients in the Lancaster/Palmdale area. This position is designed for a clinician who wants a manageable workload with ample clinical and administrative support , allowing time to focus on treatment quality, skill development, caregiver collaboration, and meaningful client outcomes. Clinicians work closely with and receive ongoing support and collaboration from a doctorate-level BCBA Clinical Director , while maintaining appropriate autonomy in the delivery of individualized, evidence-based ABA services.
