Role Details:

Oversee 5 clinic sites and ~25 direct reports. Lead clinical strategy for an organization that serves thousands of patients annually while helping shape the next chapter of growth, quality, and access to care. You'll have a meaningful voice in executive decision-making and the autonomy to establish expectations, drive accountability, and advance clinical excellence across the organization. This position combines executive leadership with continued clinical practice in a flexible 60% administrative and 40% clinical structure. $320,000.00 - $360,000.00 per year
