$230,000"$255,000 base salary + monthly & quarterly incentives + director stipend The Opportunity We are seeking a Clinic Medical Director to join a well-established urgent care/occupational medicine practice. In this role, you will balance direct patient care with physician leadership, guiding a clinical team, enhancing quality, and supporting operational excellence. This is an ideal opportunity for a physician seeking the best of both worlds: hands-on clinical practice combined with meaningful leadership responsibilities"while enjoying reliable daytime hours and no weekends or call.
