Behavioral Health Medical Director Connecticut Practice Highlights Leadership Opportunities:
Full-time Behavioral Health Medical Director role leading and shaping a growing psychiatry and behavioral health department within a mission-driven community health center.
Work-Life Balance:
Monday through Friday outpatient schedule with the clinic day ending by 5:00 PM and no call.
Desirable Practice Setting:
100 percent outpatient psychiatry in a multidisciplinary healthcare-home model that combines medication management and therapy across the full lifespan.
Culture and Support:
Strong RN, LPN, and medical assistant support so you practice at the top of your scope, alongside a collaborative team of psychiatric APRNs and behavioral health colleagues.
Ideal Work Environment:
Private office and roughly 80 percent clinical and 20 percent administrative time.
Compensation and Benefits Competitive Compensation:
Guaranteed base salary commensurate with experience, with no production requirement.
