Job Description
Global Talent Partners is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join a well-established small animal hospital in Manchester, Connecticut, as Medical Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for a veterinarian looking to combine clinical medicine with leadership, while receiving extensive support, mentorship and professional development. The Opportunity The hospital provides high-quality care to canine and feline patients, with services including: Wellness and preventative care Sick-patient appointments Soft-tissue surgery Dentistry Diagnostics Internal medicine Senior and chronic disease care As Medical Director, you will continue practicing while helping to lead and develop the veterinary team. You'll work alongside the Practice Manager and hospital leadership to improve medical standards, patient outcomes, team development and hospital culture. Previous leadership experience is preferred, but experienced veterinarians ready to take their first step into leadership are encouraged to apply.
