Marco Chiropractic & Medical Rehab Clinic Marco Island, Florida Part-Time / Independent Contractor Marco Chiropractic & Medical Rehab Clinic (MCMR) is seeking a Florida-licensed MD or DO to serve as Medical Director of our multidisciplinary wellness clinic and, if desired, to provide physician services to patients. Our established Marco Island practice offers an integrative approach to health and wellness, including chiropractic care, occupational therapy, massage therapy, fascial stretch therapy, red light therapy, PEMF, and other therapeutic modalities. We are looking for a physician who values collaborative, patient-centered care and is comfortable providing the clinical oversight required of a Florida AHCA-licensed clinic.

• Position overview
• This is a flexible, part-time independent-contractor role. The Medical Director provides ongoing clinical and compliance oversight for the clinic. Direct patient care is available and compensated separately.
• Responsibilities
• Serve as Medical Director and provide documented clinical oversight of clinic operations
• Complete required Medical Director appointment paperwork and AHCA background screening
• Confirm providers are appropriately licensed for the services offered
• Review credentialing, medical records, and applicable billing practices
• Support compliant recordkeeping and clinic documentation
• Collaborate with chiropractic, occupational therapy, massage therapy, and other providers
• Help develop additional medical and wellness services as the practice grows
• Optionally provide physician services to patients within your scope of practice
• Qualifications
• Active, unrestricted Florida MD or DO license
• Eligible to serve as Medical Director of a Florida AHCA-licensed Health Care Clinic
• Commitment to ethical, compliant, patient-centered care
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting
• Interest in integrative, wellness, preventive, or functional care is a plus
• Prior Medical Director experience is helpful but not required
• Schedule and compensation
• Part-time independent contractor with a flexible schedule. Medical Director compensation is paid monthly. Additional compensation is available for physician services. Specific schedule, responsibilities, and compensation will be discussed with qualified candidates.
