Job Description
Our practice is a locally owned, luxury-focused, holistic wellness and aesthetics practice with two premier locations. We are looking for a dynamic, holistic-minded Nurse Practitioner (ARNP/FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a passion for helping your community with cutting-edge wellness modalities that span wellness and aesthetics. This role is a great fit for a growth-minded individual looking for tremendous upside potential. In this role, you would be the go-to clinical leader who keeps our clients' experience seamless and elevated, working in a team environment with our RN's and Operations team. You'll see clients, order and interpret labs, build wellness plans, and prescribe meds and therapies as allowed per Iowa standards. You'll partner closely with our Medical Director, provide on-site medical leadership, and, when needed, provide coaching to the nursing team. While this role will not immediately have direct reports, however it will carry some leadership responsibilities. Profit-sharing option as responsibilities expand . Schedule is flexible and negotiable.
Ideal candidate background:
Family Practice Hormone Clinic Med Spa Wellness Spa Weight-loss clinic/spa A successful candidate must possess the following qualities: Hard working Collaborative Positive Great Communicator Poise under pressure Consultative Clinical Duties Conduct Hormone Pelleting procedure and onsite supervision (once certified) Own the visit: review medical history, holistic treatment plans that meet clients where they are. Order, review, and interpret labs (CBC, CMP, lipids, A1C, thyroid, hormones, vitamin levels) and close the loop fast with clear next steps. Prescribe, titrate, and manage therapies per protocol (GLP-1/GIP for medical weight, hormone optimization, micronutrient injections/IV therapy, supportive meds). Conduct good faith exams and start wellness IV's regularly Educate with ease: risks/benefits, expectations, side effects, and lifestyle coaching Perform/oversee procedures (IV starts; aesthetic injectables if trained/credentialed Rx Authority & Med Management Check the Iowa PMP when indicated; follow controlled-substance protocols. Track response + safety labs; adjust dosing/titration with documented rationale.Lab & Diagnostic Stewardship:
Review results on time ; notify clients per policy. Aesthetic Duties (willing to invest in training!) Conduct neurotoxin and filler treatments Provided onsite supervision/coaching Conduct microneedling/facials as business needs requireComp & Benefits:
