The Opportunity:
Lead a well-established 7-doctor team as Medical Director/Managing Veterinarian Oversee surgical and medical cases while upholding high clinical standards and exceptional client care Mentor and guide associate veterinarians and staff in a collaborative, positive environment Partner with an experienced Hospital Manager on operations, with a clear pathway toward practice ownership At least 5-7 years of experience as a DVM in a small animal GP or urgent care setting, plus leadership skills and financial acumen are required for this role
