This full-time leadership position combines outpatient clinical care with medical leadership , giving you the opportunity to help guide a clinical team while continuing to practice medicine. Responsibilities include:

Provide outpatient occupational medicine services Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses Perform DOT, pre-placement, public safety, and surveillance physicals Conduct fit-for-duty and return-to-work evaluations Perform minor procedures including suturing, laceration repair, splinting, and wound care Provide clinical guidance and leadership to the care team Promote quality patient care and workplace safety Support regulatory and clinical compliance Collaborate with employers, case managers, and other members of the care team Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Active, unrestricted Kentucky medical license Board Certified Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license DOT Medical Examiner Certification or willingness to obtain Previous Medical Director, Medical Supervisor, or clinical leadership experience preferred Experience in Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or another relevant outpatient setting Strong clinical judgment and interest in team leadership Text anytime and let's set up a call: 210-591-7125 About Us-Who is Provenir Healthcare and why work with us?
