We are seeking a dynamic onsite leader to oversee our team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs at UMass Memorial Health Care - Clinton Hospital in Leominster, Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide both clinical expertise and administrative leadership, driving best practices, fostering professional growth, and strengthening the culture of excellence that defines our anesthesiology team. The ideal candidate will be a board-certified anesthesiologist who possess outstanding communication skills and demonstrates leadership qualities, all while being committed to professional development and creating a desirable workplace environment. This facility features 6 operating rooms plus 2 endo suites and a procedure room, with an annual case volume of approximately 5,000. There are a broad array of case types requiring general, regional, and neuraxial techniques and acute pain management. Primary case mix includes orthopedics, general surgery, endoscopy, interventional radiology, vascular, thoracic, urology, ENT, ophthalmology and plastics. No OB, trauma, cardiac, heads and small pediatric cases. Beeper call from home is shared equally amongst the team. Great working relationships with surgeons and hospital staff! Leominster is located north of Worcester and northwest of Boston.
