This full-time opportunity offers outstanding scheduling flexibility, a collaborative practice environment, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of post-acute and long-term care patients. As the attending physician, you will partner with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care while providing clinical leadership and oversight within assigned facilities.

Requirements:

Active MD or DO, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
