The Role Lead the clinical direction of the hospital as Medical Director Establish and maintain the highest standards of veterinary medicine Deliver high-quality medical, surgical, dental, and urgent care services Mentor and develop veterinarians, technicians, and support staff Develop and refine hospital medical protocols and clinical standards Ensure regulatory compliance and controlled substance management Collaborate with hospital leadership on service development, budgeting, and equipment planning Support veterinarian recruitment, coaching, and performance development Monitor clinical performance metrics and drive continuous improvement Promote exceptional client communication and a collaborative team culture Participate in community outreach initiatives including vaccination and microchip clinics Enjoy a flexible four-day work week with no on-call commitmentsxt steps.
