Description Co-Medical Director Veterinarian East & West Ridge Animal Hospitals | Klamath Falls, Oregon Leadership Opportunity | Small Animal & Exotics | Four-Day Work Week | No On-Call East and West Ridge Animal Hospitals, two collaborative sister practices in Klamath Falls, Oregon , are seeking an experienced veterinarian to join our team as Co-Medical Director alongside Dr. Carolyn Whitaker. This is an excellent opportunity for veterinarians with 3+ years of clinical experience who are ready to take the next step in their career. About the Role As Co-Medical Director, you'll partner with Dr. Whitaker to help lead two companion animal hospitals located just six miles apart.

Your focus will include:

Mentorship and development of veterinary team members Supporting hospital culture and employee retention Promoting high-quality patient care and client service Identifying opportunities for hospital growth and innovation Collaborating on medical standards and best practices We're seeking a veterinarian who enjoys leadership, values teamwork, and finds fulfillment in helping others succeed.
