•750/month, based on experience and agreed-upon scope Amaryllis Beauté Haven (ABH) is a nurse-owned medical aesthetics, beauty, and wellness practice seeking a collaborative, responsive, Ohio-licensed physician (MD or DO) to serve as Medical Director. We are seeking a physician who values patient safety, regulatory compliance, clinical excellence, education, and professional collaboration. Our goal is to establish a long-term relationship with an engaged Medical Director who can serve as an accessible clinical resource while maintaining a limited and predictable time commitment.

Responsibilities include:

providing appropriate physician oversight for medical aesthetic and wellness services; completing one on-site practice visit per quarter (4 annually); participating in a brief monthly phone or virtual check-in with the practice owner; remaining reasonably accessible by phone, text, and email for clinical questions requiring physician guidance; providing guidance regarding patient safety, complications, adverse events, and escalation of care when necessary; collaborating on clinical protocols, policies, procedures, and standards of care; and supporting compliance with applicable Ohio laws, regulations, and professional standards. The Medical Director will also provide physician oversight/support for scheduled medical aesthetics training programs occurring no more than once per quarter. Applicants must be an MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Ohio medical license in good standing and maintain appropriate professional liability coverage. Strong communication and professional responsiveness are essential. Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, emergency medicine, primary care, or another relevant specialty is preferred. Previous Medical Director experience is preferred but not required for the right physician. ABH provides medical aesthetic and wellness services including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, microneedling, chemical peels, medical weight management, wellness services, and other treatments performed within appropriate clinical scope and regulatory requirements. ABH also provides physician-led medical aesthetics education. This is not a traditional in-office physician position. The anticipated commitment consists primarily of quarterly on-site visits, brief monthly check-ins, reasonable remote accessibility for clinical matters, periodic protocol/policy review, and physician support for scheduled training programs. We are looking for an engaged clinical partner and resource—not simply a physician's name associated with the practice. The ideal candidate will be approachable, responsive, knowledgeable, supportive of continued education, and committed to patient safety, quality care, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence.
