• Part-time About Us Clear Odds Recovery is a dedicated gambling disorder treatment program opening in South Florida.

We will offer partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient levels of care, with licensure through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) currently in process. The Role We are seeking a Florida-licensed physician to serve as Medical Director on a 1099 independent contractor basis. The role begins with light, as-needed involvement supporting our licensure process, and expands as the program opens. Responsibilities Serve as Medical Director of record for AHCA licensure and ongoing compliance Provide medical oversight of clinical policies, procedures, and protocols Review and sign off on clinical documentation as required by regulation Consult with the clinical leadership team on medical questions arising in care Availability by phone or email for urgent clinical consultation Requirements Active, unrestricted Florida medical license (MD or DO) Current DEA registration Ability to serve as Medical Director of record for an AHCA-licensed facility Malpractice coverage Preferred Board certification or fellowship in Addiction Medicine or Addiction Psychiatry Experience in behavioral health, PHP/IOP, or residential treatment settings Familiarity with gambling disorder; ICGC, CGCS, or equivalent certification a plus Prior Medical Director experience with AHCA-licensed programs Schedule & Location Flexible, contract basis.
