Job Description

Korzen Health is seeking a dedicated Medical Director Psychiatrist to join our team in Columbia, TN . This position offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality care across diverse treatment settings, including inpatient, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) . You will also provide consultative services, oversee mid-level providers, and play a key role in our GME program by teaching and supervising residents and medical students. Our practice is expanding to include outpatient services , creating an exciting opportunity to be part of our growth and contribute to program development. With a manageable call schedule of one weekend per month and a competitive salary, this role provides a balance of professional challenge and personal lifestyle.

$360,000-$385,000+ annually
Responsibilities:
Provide care in inpatient, PHP, and IOP settings Perform psychiatric consults and supervise mid-level providers Engage in teaching and clinical supervision of residents and medical students as part of a Graduate Medical Education (GME) program

Requirements:
Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Psychiatry Active or eligible for a Tennessee medical license Strong interpersonal and clinical skills Interest or experience in teaching and mentoring medical trainees Dedication to patient-centered care
