Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the OB-GYN hospitalist team
  • Lead program development, including workflows, protocols, and team culture
  • Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with hospital administration, nursing leadership, and community OB/GYNs
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of hospitalist providers
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices Clinical Practice Highlights
Schedule:
24-hour, in-house shifts
    Team Structure:
    1 Medical Director + 4 OB-GYN Hospitalists
      Scope of Practice:
