Location:
Grandview, WA Grandview is located in Yakima County, known as the fruit basket of Washington, offering spectacular wilderness areas, crystal-clear lakes, and rivers. This is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that serves as a patient-centered medical home dedicated to compassionately serving diverse communities. The clinic provides affordable, high-quality care for families across all stages of life, with doors open to all regardless of background or ability to pay. The facility features a team-based approach with certified bilingual Medical Assistants and utilizes
EPIC EMR
system.

Clinic Medical Director - Family Medicine no
OB Job Details:
  • Dual-impact position: 70% clinical care and 30% administrative leadership responsibilities
  • Lead clinical teams while managing your own patient panel in a community-focused healthcare setting
  • Provide comprehensive family medicine care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Serve a largely migrant and Latino community with dedicated bilingual medical assistant support
  • Work within a patient-centered medical home model with team-based approach
  • Clinic operational hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Full-time position at 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
  • Partner with clinic operations leadership to drive performance and support strategic goals
  • Must complete ACGME/AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency program
  • Opportunity to participate in 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Guatemala
  • Visa assistance available for J1 Waiver and H1B
  • Malpractice insurance coverage provided with no tail coverage policy needed
