Certification:
CMD Required Blue United Sourcing is seeking an experienced Certified Medical Dosimetrist to join a comprehensive outpatient cancer center in Valdosta, Georgia. This full-time, direct-hire role works closely with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, and Radiation Therapists to develop safe, accurate, and clinically appropriate treatment plans. Key Responsibilities Design individualized radiation treatment plans in accordance with physician prescriptions Generate dose distributions and calculations alongside the Medical Physicist Support treatment planning across modalities including 3D, IMRT, and SBRT Serve as a technical resource for Radiation Therapists during plan implementation Verify accuracy of treatment calculations and maintain required documentation Requirements Current CMD certification through MDCB Bachelor's degree required Current healthcare provider CPR certification 2+ years of IMRT treatment planning experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of radiation oncology equipment and medical physics Benefits Why Consider This Opportunity? 401(k) with employer match Paid Time Off, tuition reimbursement Professional development opportunities Advanced treatment planning environment Collaborative multidisciplinary oncology team Low healthcare insurance premiums Full Relocation Package Human-First Hiring.
