Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager/Sales Manager to lead our administrative operations and drive our sales initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily office functions, manage vendor relationships, coordinate events, and support a high-performing sales team. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, including clerical tasks, filing, front desk management, multi-line phone systems, and calendar scheduling. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and coordinate procurement activities to ensure smooth office functioning. Plan and execute company events, meetings, and training sessions to foster team development and client engagement. Supervise administrative staff and support team management efforts through training, development, and performance evaluations. Handle human resources functions such as payroll processing, employee onboarding, confidentiality management, and maintaining personnel records. Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using accounting software like QuickBooks and other financial tools; oversee budgeting and financial reporting processes. Support sales activities by managing client communication, tracking leads, preparing reports with spreadsheets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while maintaining a professional environment that promotes productivity and teamwork. Experience Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional setting; prior supervisory experience is highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting. Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar financial software; knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll processing, and budgeting is essential. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules effectively and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. Background in event planning, vendor management, human resources functions, and client communication enhances success in this role. Familiarity with medical office management or healthcare-related administrative tasks is advantageous but not required. Excellent communication skills coupled with technical proficiency in office management tools ensure seamless operations across departments.
