We are a growing healthcare organization focused on compassionate, efficient, and patient-centered care. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Scottsdale clinic and lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences. Position Overview The Office Manager serves as the operational leader of the clinic and is responsible for overseeing front and back-office operations, staff performance, patient experience, and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role works a Monday-Friday schedule consisting of five 8-hour shifts. While the clinic is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, the Office Manager schedule may vary to support clinic operations and team needs. Key Responsibilities Clinic Operations Oversee daily front and back-office operations Ensure adherence to company SOPs and workflow efficiency Monitor patient flow, scheduling, and documentation accuracy Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards Staff Leadership Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff Manage employee schedules, PTO requests, and performance reviews Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture Partner with Human Resources on employee relations matters Patient Experience Manage escalated patient concerns and ensure timely resolution Support a high standard of customer service and patient satisfaction Maintain documentation of patient issues and follow-up actions Reporting & Inventory Track clinic performance metrics and key operational KPIs Manage inventory, ordering, and supply levels Maintain compliance logs and operational reporting requirements Required Qualifications Experience in healthcare operations or clinic management required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with EMR systems, scheduling platforms, and reporting tools Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) with employer matching Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid time off Paid holidays Employee discounts Referral program Why Join Us?
