Dental Back Office Regional Manager:

Full-Time We're looking for an experienced Dental Back Office Regional Manager to oversee and support the clinical operations of multiple dental offices. Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of multi-site dental leadership experience Strong knowledge of dental clinical operations, compliance, and back office workflow Proven ability to lead, mentor, and hold teams accountable Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills Comfortable in a fast-paced goal oriented environment Willingness to travel throughout the assigned region Compensation is based on experience and negotiable.
