Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure and COC clearance (or willingness to obtain; support provided) Relevant experience in school-based settings, focusing on elementary-aged students Proficient in assessment, development, and implementation of IEPs Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and related service professionals

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group speech-language therapy to an elementary caseload at one site Conduct screenings and comprehensive assessments to identify students needs Develop and implement IEP goals in accordance with federal, state, and district guidelines Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting Partner closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input regarding student progress This contract offers the chance to build strong relationships with students and school staff while advancing your clinical skills and professional development.
