Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Dental Office Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. This role is vital in ensuring smooth clinic functioning, exceptional patient care, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical office management, team supervision, and dental practice operations. As a key leader, you will coordinate administrative functions manage staff uphold the highest standards of patient service and regulatory compliance to foster a thriving dental environment marketing Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative workflows Manage financial activities such as budgeting, billing, coding, and medical billing processes to ensure profitability and accuracy Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing guidance on human resources policies, performance evaluations, and team development Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations including
HIPAA, JCAHO
standards, and state/federal health policies Utilize EMR systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, and other patient management software to ensure accurate electronic health records (EHR) management Coordinate with healthcare providers on medical records management, medical terminology accuracy, and clinical documentation standards Implement practice management strategies to optimize patient care delivery while adhering to healthcare practice policies Monitor clinic performance metrics, analyze financial reports, and develop improvement initiatives for operational efficiency Ensure all staff are trained on medical administrative support procedures and healthcare compliance requirements Experience Proven experience in medical office management within a dental or healthcare setting with a focus on clinic operations Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams in a healthcare environment with strong leadership skills Extensive knowledge of dental office systems such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix; proficiency with EMR/EHR systems is essential Background in fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, and medical billing processes Familiarity with healthcare regulation policies including HIPAA compliance and JCAHO accreditation standards Hands-on experience managing human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance reviews, and staff development Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and electronic health records (EHR) systems Excellent managerial communication skills paired with customer service expertise to foster positive patient interactions Join us in shaping an efficient, compliant, and patient-centered dental practice where your leadership makes a meaningful difference!
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
