Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics is looking for amazing Practice Manager to join our team! At Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics we don't just care for smiles, we create them. Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics is a northern California based practice that offers comprehensive services including preventive dental care, orthodontics and oral surgery for every gap-toothed, mischievous, silly, giggly smile. Our company sees only private-pay and PPO insured patients in beautiful private offices. The Role The Practice Manager is responsible for the Practice's overall financial performance, safety, quality and patient experience by ensuring that the company's policies and processes are accurately executed on a daily basis. The Practice Manager works closely with the Area Manager and the Practice's Patient Care Leader to ensure that our Mission, Purpose and Beliefs are supported and the overall vision is consistently executed upon. The Essential Job Elements Manage to the Practice's stated production goals and corresponding financial plans Manage the overall patient flow within the Practice to achieve maximum efficiency Responsible for successfully training all new staff members, as well as leading, mentoring, and coaching existing team members Manage all staff and doctor relationships to ensure that they are happy, contributing members to the overall team environment Partner with the Company's marketing team to ensure a localized marketing plan is executed on a consistent basis in line with the Company's vision Provide regular feedback to the Area Manager on employee performance and take an active role in leading the employee's annual review and any disciplinary actions Manage scheduling of all staff Ensure that Kids Care exemplary service delivery expectations are met and surpassed with each patient Manage escalated patient complaints and resolve at Practice location Ensure strict compliance with all company policies and pertinent laws and regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, ADA, Dental Board, Employee Policy, Basic Labor laws, etc…) Process and complete daily, weekly and monthly reports Manage referral process Other duties as assigned Desired Profile/Background A minimum of 5 years' experience in dental highly preferred Strong understanding of both front and back office duties Proven leadership skills with an affinity for developing others Excellent communication and computer skills Can do attitude with problem solving skills Upbeat personality is a MUST Patient focused, team player Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Must lead by example and going above and beyond is part of their DNA Desired Profile/Background A minimum of 5 years' experience in dental highly preferred Strong understanding of both front and back office duties Proven leadership skills with an affinity for developing others Excellent communication and computer skills Can do attitude with problem solving skills Upbeat personality is a MUST Patient focused, team player Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Must lead by example and going above and beyond is part of their DNA
