This energetic role requires a proactive leader who can manage administrative functions, ensure compliance with dental regulations, and foster a welcoming environment for patients and staff alike. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in dental office management, team supervision, and dental practice operations, all while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude that drives the success of our pediatric services. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and team performance in a vibrant dental setting. Duties Oversee the daily administrative operations of the pediatric practice, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent patient service Manage financial aspects including budgeting, coding, and revenue cycle management using EMR/EHR systems such as Eaglesoft Supervise staff, including dental biller, dental assistants, receptionist and other clinical team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, Osha standards, dental regulation policies, and other dental compliance requirements Coordinate patient management activities using patient management software and EHR systems to optimize patient flow and record accuracy Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development Maintain accurate dental records, ensure proper documentation of dental terminology, and oversee electronic health records (EHR) management Implement dental policies related to managed care, utilization management, and acute dental protocols to enhance quality of care Collaborate with dental providers to streamline clinic operations and improve patient outcomes through effective practice management strategies Skills Extensive experience in dental office management within pediatric or dental settings with proficiency in Eaglesoft systems Strong fiscal management skills including budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue cycle oversight Proven supervisory experience managing dental teams with excellent managerial communication skills In-depth knowledge of dental regulation policies such as HIPAA and Osha standards to ensure compliance across all operations Familiarity with dental billing procedures, coding practices, and utilization management processes Expertise in managing electronic dental records , patient management software, and dental practice management tools Ability to lead with confidence in office management tasks such as scheduling, patient records handling, and staff coordination Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for patients and families Strong understanding of dental terminology and acute care procedures relevant to pediatric practice settings Competency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and administrative tasks Experience managing dental staff in a fast-paced clinic environment Join us as our Pediatric Dental Office Manager to lead with energy and expertise—driving operational excellence while delivering compassionate care that makes a difference!
