$80,000-$105,000 per year We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy dental practice. This position is ideal for a confident leader who can manage a team, create an exceptional patient experience, drive office performance, and take ownership of both treatment presentation and patient financial responsibilities . The Office Manager will work closely with the doctors and team to ensure the practice operates efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient care, customer service, and financial accountability. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the dental office and ensure smooth, efficient workflow. Lead, train, motivate, and hold team members accountable to office standards and performance expectations. Present treatment plans to patients and clearly explain recommended treatment, costs, insurance coverage, and payment options. Build patient trust and help patients understand the value and importance of recommended dental treatment. Take an active role in increasing treatment acceptance and achieving office production and collection goals. Handle patient financials , including collecting payments, reviewing account balances, discussing payment arrangements, and answering patient questions regarding their financial responsibilities. Accurately process and oversee cash, credit card, check, and financing transactions. Ensure financial procedures, daily deposits, and end-of-day reporting are completed accurately and consistently. Monitor office production, collections, outstanding balances, scheduling, cancellations, and overall performance. Partner with doctors and clinical team members to improve patient flow and office efficiency. Address patient concerns and resolve issues professionally while maintaining a positive patient experience. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and performance management. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Maintain a professional, organized, and positive office environment. Support the practice in achieving operational, financial, and patient-care goals. Qualifications Previous experience as a Dental Office Manager or in a senior dental administrative leadership position . Strong understanding of dental office operations and patient flow. Experience with treatment presentation and treatment coordination . Comfortable discussing treatment costs, insurance benefits, payment options, and patient financial obligations. Experience handling patient payments and financial transactions with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Strong leadership and team-management skills. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced dental environment while managing multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and accountability. Knowledge of dental practice management software preferred. Professional, dependable, and patient-focused. Must be available to work Monday-Friday with some Saturdays required .
Compensation & Schedule Salary:
$80,000-$105,000 per year Full-time position Monday-Friday Some Saturdays required based on office needs Leadership role with opportunities for professional growth and advancement Background Check Requirement This offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, including verification of employment history, education and other information relevant to the position and, where permitted by applicable law, a credit check relevant to the responsibilities of the position.
