The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing a fee-for-service dental office, understands implant dentistry workflows, is highly proficient in Dentrix, and has a proven history of increasing production, collections, and patient satisfaction. This individual will work closely with the CEO and doctor to execute strategic initiatives while building a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of dental practice management experience Minimum 3 years managing a fee-for-service private practice Strong background in implant dentistry and complex restorative treatment coordination Expert-level proficiency with Dentrix Practice Management Software Experience managing teams of 10+ employees Excellent knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and financial arrangements Demonstrated success increasing production and collections Strong understanding of dental KPIs and practice analytics Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Experience Multi-location dental practice experience Cosmetic dentistry practice experience Experience with CBCT technology and digital workflows Experience implementing SOPs and operational systems Marketing and patient growth experience HR management and employee development Vendor and supply chain management Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is: A natural leader Highly organized Data-driven Passionate about exceptional customer service Comfortable holding team members accountable Experienced in fee-for-service practices Knowledgeable in implant dentistry - present treatment plans, explain financial options and increase case acceptance Solution-oriented Professional and polished Committed to continuous improvement
