Dental Treatment Coordinator Join a growing dental practice where patient care, teamwork, and exceptional service are our priorities. We are looking for a confident, personable, and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships with patients, clearly explaining treatment options, and helping patients understand the value of achieving optimal oral health. Responsibilities Welcome and build strong relationships with patients Present and explain comprehensive treatment plans Discuss treatment options, fees, insurance benefits, and payment options Help patients understand recommended treatment and confidently move forward with care Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment Coordinate treatment scheduling and ensure a smooth patient experience Review insurance benefits and assist patients with financial questions Coordinate closely with the dentist, clinical team, and front office Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Help meet practice production and treatment acceptance goals Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey Handle patient questions and concerns professionally Qualifications Previous dental treatment coordination experience preferred Dental office experience required Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment financing Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident presenting treatment and discussing financial options Strong organizational and follow-up skills Warm, professional, and personable demeanor Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment Experience with Dentrix Ascend or other dental practice management software preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation Benefits Paid time off Supportive and collaborative team Modern, patient-focused practice Opportunities for growth and advancement No weekends If you are passionate about helping patients understand and move forward with the dental care they need, we'd love to meet you.
