) Bridge Medical Neurology Consultants is a comprehensive neurology practice that offers in-depth and personalized consultations and advanced in-house neuro-diagnostic procedures for the management and treatment of a range of conditions. Dr. Said Ibrahimi, M.D. Q.M.E, has over 14 years of experience as a leading board-certified neurologist with a subspecialty in Brain Injury Medicine, tending to his expansive cohort of Adult patients, and additionally providing care for Personal Injury (P.I.) and Worker's Compensation cases. With his extensive training and sub-specialty, Dr. Ibrahimi specializes in the treatment and management of conditions such as strokes, TIAs, dementia, Parkinson's and Alzheimer's Disease, epilepsy, nerve and muscle dysfunction, and many more. As a Qualified Medical Examiner (Q.M.E.) Dr. Ibrahimi also offers medical-legal services such as Independent Medical Examinations, and Expert Witness Review.
Job Description:
Bridge Medical Neurology Consultants is seeking a dependable, hands-on Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our neurology practice. Reporting directly to the CEO / Clinical Director, you will be responsible for managing our staff and their schedules, ensuring the team is working efficiently, and keeping daily operations running smoothly so our providers can focus on patient care. This role is the CEO's right hand for all things operational. In addition to staff and schedule management, you will take on a variety of administrative projects and tasks assigned by the CEO / Clinical Director, so flexibility, follow-through, and strong organizational skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management & Daily Operations Supervise front-office and clinical support staff on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the team is performing optimally and staying on task Monitor daily workflows and patient flow, identifying and resolving bottlenecks as they arise Set clear expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and hold staff accountable to performance standards Serve as the first point of contact for staff questions, issues, and conflict resolution Schedule Management Build and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage across front office and clinical operations Oversee provider and patient scheduling to maximize efficiency and minimize wait times Coordinate coverage for absences, time-off requests, and unexpected callouts Administrative Support to the CEO / Clinical Director Handle administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the CEO / Clinical Director Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as needed Follow up on action items and ensure directives from leadership are carried out by the team
Qualifications:
Required 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or office management role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting Proven ability to manage staff, schedules, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, solutions-oriented approach Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with EMR or scheduling software a plus High level of discretion, reliability, and follow-through Preferred Experience in a specialty medical practice (neurology a plus) Familiarity with Personal Injury, Worker's Compensation, or medical-legal workflows Bilingual a plus •
