The position will initially be for 3-4 days including alternate Saturdays. Responsibilities of the Office Manager/ Front Office coordinator will include, but are not limited to: Insurance benefits verification, claims submission and follow up including doing narratives/attachments as needed. Track office production against goals and run daily reports. Schedule patients for treatment and recalls. Present treatment plans and financing options to patients Diligent Patient follow ups to ensure highest level of service. Help grow the practice with creative marketing campaigns/events. Clinical inventory management Assisting in surgical procedures, Invisalign, implant and root canal treatments as required. Operatory breakdown and setup; Sterilization duties We are looking for a warm, super friendly, highly energetic, quality conscious individual with the below qualifications: 5+ years of relevant dental office experience Archy, Eaglesoft or other dental software experience is a must Good knowledge of dental Insurance details including checking benefits, claims processing, billing and reporting. Dental Assisting (RDA/DA) background is desirable. Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality with outstanding phone and chair side etiquette. Organized, reliable, self motivated individual with willingness to learn. Passionate about growth and is sales focused. The position is available immediately.
