This role is responsible for supporting the team, ensuring excellent patient care, maintaining an efficient schedule, and helping the practice run smoothly and successfully. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and support the dental team. Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and appointment management. Assist with treatment plan presentation and patient communication. Monitor billing, collections, insurance processing, and office finances. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations. Maintain accurate patient records and practice documentation. Train and support team members to promote excellent customer service and office efficiency. Address patient concerns and help create a positive patient experience. Track office performance and implement improvements when needed. Requirements Previous dental office management experience preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience with dental software such as Open Dental, Practice Web Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, treatment planning, and collections. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of HIPAA and dental office compliance requirements.
