The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of dental office procedures and scheduling, and the ability to manage patient relations effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clinic runs smoothly. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction. Maintain accurate medical records using Open Dental and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Oversee scheduling of appointments and manage patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency. Create and present accurate treatment plans to patients Handle billing and insurance claims processing, addressing any discrepancies or issues that arise. Implement and monitor office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure quality patient care and critical care protocols are followed. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development. Qualifications Previous experience in a dental office management role is required. Strong understanding of dental office systems and maintaining a consistent schedule Ability to create and present treatment plans, schedule accordingly to maintain production, and verify insurance eligibility and benefits Familiarity with Open Dental software is a plus. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
