Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, high-energy, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator / Office Manager to lead the administrative and financial operations of our growing dental practice in Santa Clarita. In this dual role, you will be the welcoming face of our practice and the driving force behind patient care coordination. You will guide patients through their proposed treatment plans, handle financial arrangements, verify insurance benefits, and manage daily front-office operations to ensure a seamless, patient-first experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Treatment Coordination & Patient Relations Present comprehensive restorative, cosmetic, and general treatment plans to patients with clarity, empathy, and confidence. Discuss financial arrangements, payment options, and third-party financing (e.g., CareCredit) to help patients say "yes" to necessary care. Build strong, trusting relationships with patients from their initial consultation through treatment completion. Manage patient scheduling to optimize provider production goals and minimize broken appointments. Office Management & Administration Oversee day-to-day front office operations, ensuring an efficient and welcoming environment. Handle insurance verification, claims processing, pre-authorizations, and accounts receivable (A/R) management, including following up on unpaid claims. Coordinate daily balancing, end-of-day reports, banking deposits, and billing statements. Maintain inventory of office and administrative supplies. Support team communication, schedule coordination, and general administrative workflow.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience working in a dental front office, specifically with treatment coordinating, insurance billing, and case presentation.
Software Proficiency:
Dentrix Industry Knowledge:
Solid understanding of dental terminology, insurance codes (CDT), PPO plans, HMO and Denti-cal and fee schedules.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
Financial Acumen:
Comfortable discussing fees, collecting payments, and managing financial agreements.
Language Requirement:
