Part-Time | Monday-Friday | 10:00 AM-3:00 PM Scotts Valley Treatment Center is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Front Office / Administrative Support team member to assist with the daily administrative and client-support needs of our residential substance use disorder treatment program. This is not a counseling position. This role provides administrative, front office, and client-support assistance. Any assistance provided to counselors, case managers, or clients must remain within the employee's assigned role, training, and scope of responsibility. This position is a combination of front office, administrative support, client coordination, and treatment-team support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a residential treatment environment, maintaining confidential records, interacting professionally with clients, and assisting counselors and case management staff with day-to-day program needs. Responsibilities Provide general front office and administrative support Answer phones, take messages, and assist with routine communication Maintain organized client paperwork, files, forms, and documentation Assist with filing, scanning, copying, data entry, and other administrative duties Oversee and document client urine drug screening (UA) procedures in accordance with facility policies Maintain appropriate chain-of-custody and related UA documentation when applicable Assist with coordinating client appointments, paperwork, transportation information, and other routine needs Provide administrative support to case managers, counselors, supervisors, and other treatment staff Assist clients with appropriate day-to-day needs within the employee's role and scope Communicate client concerns or needs to the appropriate counselor, case manager, supervisor, or medical staff Maintain client confidentiality and follow

Part 2, and facility confidentiality requirements Help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming front office environment Assist with additional administrative and program duties as assigned Qualifications Prior medical office experience Experience in a behavioral health, substance use treatment, residential treatment, social services, or other healthcare setting is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable and able to consistently work the scheduled hours Comfortable working directly with individuals receiving substance use disorder treatment Professional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and client confidentiality Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, scanning, and document management Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and documentation requirements Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team Schedule Monday through Friday 10:00 AM-3:00 PM Approximately 25 hours per week This is an excellent position for someone who enjoys administrative work while also being part of a team supporting individuals throughout the treatment and recovery process. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Scotts Valley Treatment Center is a wholly owned enterprise of the Scotts Valley Band of Pomo Indians.
