Full Job Description Dental Back Office Regional Manager:

Full-Time We're looking for an experienced Regional Back Office Manager to oversee multiple dental practices, ensuring exceptional patient care, efficient clinical operations, and strong team performance.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of multi-site dental leadership experience Strong knowledge of dental clinical operations, compliance, and back office workflow Proven ability to lead, mentor, and hold teams accountable Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills Comfortable in a fast-paced goal oriented environment Willingness to travel throughout the assigned region Compensation is based on experience and negotiable.
