In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and deliver exceptional patient service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team while advancing your career in healthcare management. Responsibilities Supervise daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and record keeping Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Oversee administrative support functions such as medical records, patient management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft), and electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) Ensure compliance with
HIPAA, JCAHO
standards, health regulation policies, and other healthcare regulations Coordinate financial management tasks including budgeting, billing, and fiscal oversight Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing patient concerns promptly and professionally Implement practice management strategies to optimize workflow efficiency and staff productivity Skills Extensive experience in dental office management or healthcare practice management Proficiency with Dentrix Solid understanding of dental terminology, records management, and healthcare compliance standards including HIPAA Proven supervisory experience managing healthcare teams and human resources functions Strong financial skills in budgeting, billing, and fiscal management Excellent managerial communication skills to lead teams effectively and foster a positive work environment Competence in office management tools like Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation purposes Acute care or critical care experience is a plus for understanding complex patient needs and healthcare workflowsPay:
