This position is an excellent opportunity for an advanced practice provider who is interested in expanding their knowledge of integrative and functional medicine while providing individualized, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills, enjoy spending time understanding each patient's health concerns, and be comfortable working collaboratively with physicians and other members of the healthcare team. Previous integrative or functional medicine experience is a plus; however, we are willing to train the right candidate who has a genuine interest in learning this approach to patient care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient history, symptoms, laboratory findings, and clinical needs. Evaluate laboratory and diagnostic test results and incorporate findings into treatment plans. Recommend appropriate supplements, functional laboratory testing, IV treatments, and other therapies within the provider's scope of practice and Lam Clinic protocols. Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, health management, lifestyle modifications, and disease prevention. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. Provide compassionate, professional, and patient-centered care. Qualifications Current and unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license . Appropriate prescribing authority and required certifications for the position. Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment. Interest in integrative, functional, and holistic medicine . Willingness to learn Lam Clinic's approach to integrative patient care. Commitment to providing a high level of patient service and continuity of care.
