Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as

Maintain accurate medical records and oversee electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Handle human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, staff scheduling, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive team environment. Requirements Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare practice management within a clinical setting. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medical billing procedures, medical records management, and compliance standards such as HIPAA. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems including Eaglesoft and Dentrix; experience with Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Demonstrated supervisory experience managing healthcare teams in busy clinic environments. Excellent managerial communication skills coupled with customer service orientation to support both staff and patients effectively. Familiarity with healthcare regulation policies including JCAHO accreditation standards and utilization management practices. Ability to handle fiscal management tasks such as budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures effectively.
