Office Manager/ Treatment Coordinator Join our high-tech, brand new state of the art practice as a Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator, where you will lead daily practice operations and serve as the vital link between patients and clinical staff. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and a strong work ethic. Duties Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff supervision to ensure optimal productivity and service quality Coordinate treatment planning by explaining procedures to patients, discussing financial options, and securing consent for dental treatments Oversee medical records management, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations Supervise administrative staff, providing training, performance feedback, and support to foster a high-performing team environment Utilize EMR/EHR systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or eClinicalWorks to document patient information accurately and streamline workflows Handle billing processes, including dental billing, insurance claims processing, and financial management to optimize revenue cycle performance Maintain knowledge of health regulation policies and manage practice compliance with standards and managed care requirements Skills Extensive experience in dental office management combined with strong medical administrative support skills Proficiency in Carestack PMS or familiarity with patient management software is essential Demonstrated supervisory experience managing healthcare teams within a clinical setting Strong understanding of healthcare practice management principles including budgeting, fiscal management, and human resources Excellent managerial communication skills coupled with exceptional customer service abilities to enhance patient experience Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, medical records handling, and compliance standards in healthcare environments Ability to navigate office management tasks efficiently using Microsoft Office suite; adept at managing medical billing and coding processes Acute care or critical care experience is a plus; familiarity with managed care policies enhances operational oversight Join us in delivering outstanding dental care while leading a motivated team dedicated to excellence!
